Rural Vision (RV) is a Disabled Peoples Organization (DPO) working in Meherpur district of Bangladesh. The organization was formed in 1998 with the initiatives of local people engaging of 4 persons with disabilities through voluntary activities. There are 200 members with disabilities in the organization, among them 100 are men and 100 are women. The organization implements its activities ensuring equal participation of men and women with disabilities. According the bylaws of the organization there are 21 members in its General Committee and 7 members are in the Executive Committee.

The organizational activities are implemented by the staff and volunteers following the directives of the General Secretary/ Director. Through the direct involvement of the men and women with disabilities, the organization is working to promote rights of persons with disabilities and improving their lives with supports from government and non-government organizations. Besides, the organization is striving for partnership with the mainstreaming organizations for Disability Inclusion in their programs through ensuring active and meaningful participation of persons with disabilities as well as providing capacity building and technical assistance.

Rural Vision (RV) is working in Bangladesh in Meherpur district. It is working in the Gangni and Meherpur sub-district (upazila) of Meherpur.
